On January 11, Guangzhou Shuangyi Latex Products Co., Ltd. and Anhui Anyu Latex Products Co., Ltd. held a preliminary agreement signing ceremony for share transfer. According to the agreement, Shuangyi Company plans to acquire 45% of the shares of Anyu Company to make up for the shortcomings of existing channels and promote the industrial layout of latex products.

It is understood that Anyu Company has a history of producing latex products for more than 50 years, and is a large-scale enterprise producing latex gloves of various specifications in Anhui Province. At present, Anyu Company has 4 modern latex glove production lines, and about 70% of its products are exported.

Shuangyi Company said that it would promote the better management and development of the brand through the market-oriented operation of Anyu Company, and realize the complementary advantages and mutual empowerment of both sides.
